Swag with a Mission

TBBS Swag is a PTA-funded pilot program designed to promote school spirit and generate financial support for The Brooklyn Brownstone School in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Through community-driven collaboration, we aim to create high-quality merchandise that reflects the pride and creativity of TBBS students, families, and staff. All net profits from sales go directly to the PTA to support critical school programs and initiatives.

The Pilot Program: 2024 – 2025

TBBS Swag is a collaborative effort between the PTA and the TBBS community. Throughout this pilot year, we are listening to feedback, refining products, and working together to ensure the merchandise reflects our shared vision and values.

What We Offer

TBBS Swag provides school-branded merchandise that goes beyond the usual t-shirts and tote bags. Our shop includes items like coffee mugs, phone cases, and more—all designed to foster school pride while raising funds for the PTA.

Who We Are

TBBS Swag is voluntarily run by PTA members who oversee operations, design, and logistics to build a seamless, sustainable fundraising model. The goal is to create a long-term resource that strengthens the TBBS community and supports school programs. Your involvement and feedback are essential to making this program a success.

Phase 1: “The Basics”

The first phase of TBBS Swag is focused on providing essential school-branded merchandise while testing the program’s model to ensure it meets the needs of the TBBS community and lays the groundwork for long-term success.

✔️ 100% of Net Profits Go to the PTA

All net profits from TBBS Swag sales will be tracked through the PTA’s bank account, with monthly reports provided to ensure transparency and support for school programs and initiatives.

✔️ Print-on-Demand Model

We use a print-on-demand system with Printful, meaning merchandise is produced only when ordered. This eliminates inventory challenges, reduces waste, and allows for a wider variety of designs and products. It also means you can order items conveniently and have them shipped directly to your door.

✔️ Community Collaboration

While our debut collection launched quickly to kick off the program, future collections will be shaped by the TBBS community—with input from students, parents, and teachers, as well as seasonal events and school celebrations-- ensuring that designs reflect our school’s creativity and spirit.
